We got amazing value for our money at Heavens Seven. The room was basic but clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and with amazing views from our own private house. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing delicious homemade breakfast and dinner. One tip: take the shortcut through the rails from the train station, it's much easier than going by road and hills.

Some tuktuk drivers may have difficulty finding the hotel due to a lack of signage, as mentioned in previous reviews.

We had an incredible stay at this lovely guesthouse with the best service in all of Sri Lanka. the hosts were so kind and welcoming, and we felt like a part of their family. the room had a stunning balcony with breathtaking views of Ella Rock and Little Adam's Peak. the host's wife made us the most delicious breakfast with coconut sugar pancakes that were to die for. We also appreciated the hand-drawn maps provided to help us navigate the hiking trails to Ella Rock, Little Adam's Peak, and the Nine Arch Bridge.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I had an really good stay at Heavens Seven in Ella. The family hosts were kind and friendly, making me feel welcomed. The homemade breakfast was delicious and fresh, setting a perfect start to my day. The view from the balcony was amazing, allowing me to witness the amazing sunrise right from my bed. The shower was spotlessly clean with hot water, ensuring a comfortable experience. The location was ideal, with a short and scenic 10-minute walk to the center of town. The hosts provided helpful directions, including a beautiful route to Ella Rock. I also had the opportunity to enjoy delicious Sri Lankan dinners prepared by the mom of the family. The view of the waterfalls and countryside was gorgeous. I had an amazing stay at Heavens Seven and would highly recommend it.
